Very nice staff, my bike was meswed up properly so the price for service was fair, 4 stars because it took over a week and a half to fix it but again the bike was very broken

Lifesavers. Got off the train with my bike and found the thread for my pedal on my crank had completely worn. Charity ran by lovely volunteers and replaced the part and got me up and riding again in no time.
